We have for quite some time now been asked by some customers if we can make compilation CDG's with tracks of their choice.We have always felt that we should accommodate our customer's wishes rather than dictate, however up till now it has been mainly illegal in Australia .    

 

There are now 3 companies producing fully legal custom CDG's from tracks of your choice within their range.ANZCK, Australian & New Zealand Custom Karaoke features all the classic tracks from the Australian & New Zealand music charts over the last 50 years.Featuring mainly UK hits, the Sunfly range is called "Pick n Mix, as Sunfly update their lists on a monthly basis it is recommended you ask for an up to date list, we prefer to email this list as its rather extensive, this is the list you need top 40 type material and previously unreleased Australian material, UK & USA hits, Proburn produces discs of your choice from the Sound Choice, Essential, Music Maestro, Priddis and Zoom range (not all SC and Essential tracks are available).Note: these are the only legal custom burnt disc products we know of in this country and beware if you buy them from the USA or the UK as they may not have copyright clearance in Australia (consequently will be illegal).    

 

The cost is $7.00 per song with a minimum of 10 tracks per disc and a maximum of 15, plus $6 for postage Note: You cannot have "ANZCK" or "pick n mix" and "proburn" compiled on the same disc.    

 

It takes 1 to 2 working days to produce an CK or Proburn disc and approx 1 week for a Pick n Mix.    

 

There is one problem with burnt discs which is, your player may not be able to play them, you must check it plays CDR before ordering because, once ordered, custom CDG are non-returnable for any reason.CDR is a recordable CD, CDR(recordable).As far as I know all modern players play CDR. The JVC triple trays do not list playing CDR in their specifications (they came out before recordable CD's were invented). However we have sold custom CD's to many JVC users and they have always worked.We do however caution that if your JVC laser is weak a burnt disc will be the first disc it doesn't play.Also if a burn disc gets scratched it is far more likely to fail than a pressed disc.    

 

Please also note: We do not take orders for custom discs over the phone.You must Email or fax us your list.You must note the Disc Number, Artist & Title.Please check your choices carefully because IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE it cannot be rectified once the disc is produced.And you will have to pay for your mistake.    

 

It is especially important you get the correct disc number as the tracks are produced from this number, not the artist or song listing.
